While reading this NY Magazine article this morning: https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2021/01/why-are-conservatives-angry-biden-denounced-white-supremacy.html I clicked on a referenced 2015 article re: Trump activating Nazi and various white supremacist groups by New Yorker staff writer Evan Osnos: https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2015/08/31/the-fearful-and-the-frustrated. It is prophetic! I encourage you all to read it. The article encourages me to look deeper into people's actions; the what, whens and the whys. Electing Trump was not a whim or an anomaly, but rooted in the far right's fear of becoming obsolete and powerless. Man, it is solid thought-provoking journalism!
